To order School-Rite products you will need to print and complete our order form. To ensure accuracy and promptness in filling your order, be sure all categories on the order form are completed. If the information is incomplete, it may be necessary to delay your order until we receive clarification. Completed order forms may be faxed or mailed. They must include payment, or credit card information, or the order cannot be processed. No cash or C.O.D.’s. Orders with personal checks may be delayed 7-10 business days pending check approval. Overseas orders must remit with credit card to allow for accurate billing of actual shipping charges.
In addition to printing and completing our order form, institutions are required to include a valid purchase order. If the order is faxed, a copy of the original purchase order must be faxed with the order. All purchase orders must be signed. Terms are Net 30 days to schools and other authorized institutions.
All orders are shipped via U.S.P.S. Standard shipping charges are 15% of the order ($15.00 minimum) for each address. Rates are subject to change without notice. All shipments outside the continental United States are sent PRIORITY MAIL. Overseas shipments are subject to actual U.S.P.S. rates which will be billed to your credit card.
Most orders will ship in 5-7 working days, except where a personal check is pending approval. Institutional orders may require 2 – 3 weeks for shipment. Orders shipped via UPS require 3 to 7 days for shipping time. Total time for most orders in the continental United States is 10-15 days. International orders are determined by U.S.P.S. delivery schedule.
We want to ensure your utmost satisfaction with School-Rite Handwriting Instruction Guides. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we will gladly exchange or refund your purchase. Simply enclose a copy of your original invoice or packing slip and return the item promptly (within 30 days) in unused condition, suitable for resale. Please indicate if this is a return or exchange. If an exchange, indicate the item you want to have shipped as a replacement. If a return, we will issue credit for your purchase. A copy of your receipt must be included in order to ensure proper credit.
If the returned item is not suitable for resale and re-packaging is required, a 15% restocking fee will be charged.
Products should be shipped prepaid via a traceable method such as UPS.
All returns should be insured since you are responsible for all materials that have been invoiced. Be sure to include your full name and address on the outside of the package.

Keep your shipping receipt and tracking information until the credit for your return appears on your statement, or until you have received your exchange merchandise.
